2nd Goan Home Culinary Course for German speaking participants

February 4 (Saturday), 2017, 9:30 am, at Verna

 

For the second time, on February 4, 2017, IGSG organized a cooking class in Goan kitchen for German-speaking participants. Chef in the kitchen was Maya Silva, lecturer at the Agnel Institute for Food Craft and Culinary Sciences.

And this was the menu: sandwich with cilantro paste, fish in a sour-spicy curry with red rice from Goa, pork chops Goan style, radish vegetable, crab Kismur, Batica - semolina and coconut cake.

After the participants had carefully been watching the chef and taken their notes, the delicious food was served for lunch and enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere.
