German Language Courses

IGSG - Indo German Friendship Society Goa is pleased to announce two
German language classes, one for beginners and one for advanced
learners. Both courses will be held by German national and
professional language teacher Ms. Gudula Eisemann.
The beginners course will have a duration of 16 hours of lessons and
will provide to the students some basic skills in German.
Timings: From February 9, 2018 onwards, on Tuesdays and Fridays from 3
pm to 5 pm. Venue: Benaulim.
The course for advanced learners is directed to students who already
have some basic knowledge of German. This course will equally have a
duration of 16 hours of lessons. Timings: From February 9, 2018
onwards, on Tuesdays and Fridays from 5 pm to 7 pm. Venue: Benaulim.

Culinary Sciences, at Verna-Salcete.
We were lucky to have again Frau Gudula
Eisemann to conduct the classes. 25 eager participants were introduced
by her into the basics of the German language.
German Language Class
There had been several requests for a
German language course in Panjim. Through the kind intervention of one
of the IGSG members we were lucky to find a place for the lessons at
Special Olympics in Fontainhas. The participants met twice a week and
language teacher Christian Honig from Germany taught them some basic
knowledge of his mother tongue.
German Intensive Language Course
7th-15th May 2012
in collaboration with Agnel Technical Education Complex, organized
an intensive German Language Course for Beginners from 7th to
15th May 2012. The course was held by German native
speaker Mrs. Daniela Kailuweit at the premises of Agnel Ashram
Educational Complex Verna.

The German Language Course organized
by IGSG in January 2012 at
Carmel College, Nuvem-Salcete was successfully concluded.
The 12 students learned basics in
German with the help of teacher Ms. Gudula Eisemann. At the end they
received a certificate.
German Language Course in Margao
the success of the first German Language Course, held earlier this year,
IGSG organized a second one in July-August 2008 in the premises of Shree
Damodar College of Commerce & Economics. 18 students attended
classes showing high interest in getting into contact with the German
language and culture.

first ever German language course in Margao
first ever German language course was held in Margao – Goa in January
and February 2008. The course, for beginners in the language, was
organised through the cooperation of Shree Damodar College of Commerce
& Economics - a Commerce college affiliated to the University of
Bombay, and the Indo German Friendship Society, Goa (IGSG).
20 students followed intensively the classes conducted in the college
premises by the German teacher Ms Margarete Hermanns Xavier. The
students got at the end of the course, in a special ceremony, the course
certificate. The course which was announced in local newspapers, will be
continued still in this year.
