Feburar 2020 organisierte die IGSG einen Besuch in der ber\u00fchmten Paul John Whisky Distillery, die Single Malts in Cuncolim in Goa herstellt und ihre Produkte international vertreibt.<!--more--><br \/>\nW\u00e4hrend der F\u00fchrung erfuhren die Teilnehmer, wie sich das tropische Klima und die Luftfeuchtigkeit von Goa auf den Produktionsprozess auswirken: die Whiskys reifen schneller und erhalten einen durch diese Bedingungen einmaligen Charakter.<br \/>\nWasser ist eine der wichtigsten Zutaten bei der Herstellung von Whisky.
