Januar fand in den R\u00e4umlichkeiten des Agnel Institute of Food Crafts and Culinary Sciences in Verna, S\u00fcd-Goa, der 15. deutsche Backkurs statt. \u00a0Monika H\u00f6cher, Gudula Eisemann und Margarete Xavier machten sich an die Arbeit und f\u00fchrten die Teilnehmer in einige Aspekte der deutschen Brot- und Kuchenbackkunst ein. <!--more-->Dieses Jahr fiel die Wahl auf: Buchweizen-Hirse-Brot, Apfel-Tiramisu, Mais-Kokoskuchen, Fester Schokoladenkuchen, K\u00e4se-Grie\u00dfkuchen.<a 100vw, 390px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Eine ganze Klasse von Damen (daneben auch zwei Herren) aus Goa und anderen Teilen Indiens folgte den drei deutschen Damen aufmerksam, h\u00f6rte ihren Erkl\u00e4rungen zu und erhielt Antworten auf ihre vielen zus\u00e4tzlichen Fragen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/igsg.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/08-Kuchen-alle.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
