Tradition continues: IGSG – Indo German Friendship Society Goa (www.igsg.org) organized its fourteenth German Bakery Class on January 13, 2024. 20 attentive participants watched German home bakers Gudula, Monika and Margarete mix flour, sugar, vanilla and some more ingredients to make four typical German bakery items.

Cossacks Cookies
All items turned out great. The enthusiastic participants were happy to confirm this after tasting a piece of each over a cup of soup in the school restaurant.
As usual the bakery class was held at the premises of Agnel Institute for Food Craft and Culinary Sciences, at Verna.
