After receiving many requests from Bardez to also hold the German Bakery Class in North Goa, we were pleased to do so on 7 February 2026 at the premises of Excellence Education Academy (EEA – Goa), exceleduacademy.com.
Participants especially welcomed the fact that IGSG offered the class in Porvorim, making it more easily accessible for those living in the North.
They also appreciated the excellent kitchen facilities provided by EEA-Goa and followed our German baking ladies—Monika Höcher, Gudula Eisemann, and Margarete Xavier—with keen interest, receiving plenty of helpful tips and answers to their questions. The following items were presented: Rye–Wheat Bread, Persimmon Tart, Brandteig Cream Cake, Sacher Slices, and Vegetable Strudel
