On 31st January 2026 the 16th German Bakery Class, organized by IGSG – Indo German Friendship Society Goa took place at the premises of Agnel Institute of Food Crafts and Culinary Sciences, Verna.
Monika, Gudula, and Margarete once again put their hands to work and guided participants through selected aspects of the German art of baking breads and cakes.
This year’s carefully chosen menu included: Rye–Wheat Bread, Persimmon Tart, Brandteig Cream Cake, Sacher Slices, and Vegetable Strudel.
